Assertive Community Nurse (ACT) Registered Nurse $2,000 Sign-On Bonus After 180 Days of Employment! Compensation

$27.72 - $38.27/hourStatus:

Your role includes:
- Conducting nursing assessments and monitoring health needs
- Supporting individuals' social, vocational, and community functioning
- Delivering care in the least restrictive environments
- Providing education, crisis intervention, and family support
- Participating in the ACT Program's after-hours on-call rotation
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders through IDDT model fidelity
- Participating in the Children's Diagnostic and Treatment Team What You Bring
- RN degree from an accredited institution with mental health coursework
- Current Michigan RN license
- At least 1 year of relevant mental health experience
- Strong communication skills and functional computer literacy
- Valid Michigan driver's license and acceptable driving record
