What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room as the circulating nurse Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure smooth procedures Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgeries Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Document patient information accurately and thoroughly Assist with maintaining a sterile environment and managing surgical instruments Provide excellent patient care and advocate for patient needs throughout procedures
What You Need:
Valid RN license in Michigan Previous circulating RN experience in an OR setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety standards About the
