Key Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical oncology or closely related specialty Proficient in cancer pathophysiology, assessment, and patient care planning Strong interpersonal and communication skills Collaborative, adaptive, and committed to continuous professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
Regularly assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing in accordance with authorized care plans Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and support with daily needs Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate, update, and optimize treatment plans Process provider orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely patient care Follow up on medication changes and clarify orders as needed
