to apply Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales. Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries or demos Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring stock levels Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities Provide excellent customer service Support inventory management through stocking shelves and putting products away as they come in Cleaning daily and cleaning as needed to upkeep store appearance. Skills Experience with POS systems and cash register operations Ability to demonstrate products through engaging demos to customers Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Proven ability in upselling and retail sales techniques to maximize revenue Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory.
