$2,250/Week ($28/Hr on W2 + $1242/Week Stipend) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse RN for a Long Term Care LTC assignment in Bellaire MI. This role involves providing quality patient care, medication administration, resident assessments, and coordination of nursing services in a skilled nursing and long term care environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes Complete nursing assessments and participate in care planning Coordinate nursing services and assignments on the resident unit Maintain accurate documentation including admissions discharges transfers and incident reports Ensure compliance with resident rights confidentiality and safety standards Assist with staff orientation training and nursing evaluations Maintain narcotic records and ensure unit cleanliness and comfort Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in LTC SNF or Med Surg setting Active Michigan RN License BLS certification AHA required Must have completed at least 1 successful travel RN assignment Equal Opportunity Employer "NLB Services Inc NLB Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer committed to fair respectful and inclusive workplaces Applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race religion sex age national origin disability veteran status or any other protected characteristic or status"
