Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized care during cardiac catheterization procedures, including pre- and post-procedural patient management. Monitor patients' vital signs, manage medications, and assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, techs, and fellow nurses to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in line with policy and compliance standards. Provide patient and family education on procedures, recovery, and aftercare.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing. Minimum of one year recent experience in a Cath Lab environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Strong critical thinking and communication abilities. Flexible, adaptable, and open to learning new practices.
