Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Med Surg setting Current BLS certification required Strong communication and critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, following facility standards and physician orders Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patient condition Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care accurately Provide patient education and support to patients and their families Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient-centered care plans Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control protocols Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures
