Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current, active RN license in the State of Michigan Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (TNCC preferred) Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt to variable shift assignments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Room environment Triage, monitor, and treat patients experiencing acute and emergent conditions Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams Administer medications, perform interventions, and provide patient/family education Manage documentation and patient records efficiently and accurately Support the care team in maintaining a safe, responsive, and compassionate environment
