Casual. Days. Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Circulator RN - Surgical Services. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in Michigan Current
BLS ACLS
required within 6 months of Hire. PALS required within 1 year of hire. Must pass Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam within 3 months of hire; may retake test only once - OR- CAMMP (Dysrhythmia Interpretation and Management Course) must completed within one year of hire if unable to pass Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam. Minimum 1 year experience as circulator RN.
Interpersonal skills:
supportive, active listener, effective communicator with patient, family members, medical and hospital staff, ability to work as a team member.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional peri-operative nursing care. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the successful delivery of quality patient care in the peri-operative period.
