Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Michigan (or compact state with intent to obtain Michigan licensure) At least one year of recent experience in an OR setting Previous experience in other nursing areas is a plus BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to patient-centered care and safety protocols

Role Responsibilities:

Provide perioperative care, including pre-op assessment, intraoperative assistance, and post-op evaluation Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes or complications during procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure smooth and safe operations Maintain sterile environment and support infection control standards Accurately document patient care activities and support patient education
