You'll work closely with residents, families, nursing assistants, therapists, providers, and fellow nurses to ensure care is coordinated, personalized, and focused on each resident's unique needs and goals. You'll use your assessment skills, clinical judgment, and compassion to identify concerns, support positive outcomes, and help residents maintain the highest possible quality of life. Whether you're providing direct care, responding to changes in condition, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, or supporting family members through important conversations, you'll play an essential role in creating a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current Michigan RN or LPN license required. Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse program. Two years of nursing experience preferred, including long-term care, medical-surgical, critical care, home health, or related settings. Full-Time and Part-Time Compensation LPN:
$29.50•$32.40 per hour
RN:
$35.90•$38.40 per hour Pay based on licensure and experience
Night Shift Differential:
