Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Clinical experience providing catheterization required Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and FERPA regulations CPR/BLS certification up to date

Key Responsibilities:

Administer catheterization services to a high school student as prescribed, ensuring diligent adherence to care protocols Monitor and document the students health status, responding promptly to any potential concerns or issues Collaborate with school staff and families to promote a supportive and informed care environment Maintain accurate records of all medical interventions and communication regarding the students health Foster a positive and respectful relationship with the student while promoting their dignity and independence
