Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current, unrestricted Michigan State license Minimum of 2 years' recent Cath Lab experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA-required) Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Responsibilities/Duties:
Assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures Monitor and manage patients throughout pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases Operate and troubleshoot specialized Cath Lab equipment Document assessments and interventions accurately in patient records Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols Respond promptly to emergent situations as part of the rapid response team
