Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills Adaptability to diverse perioperative practices Previous travel nursing experience preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, evidence-based care in the operating room, supporting a wide range of surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to optimize patient outcomes Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and infection control protocols Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout the perioperative process Provide preoperative and postoperative education to patients and families
