Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Conduct patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify care needs. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing as required. Provide pain management support and assist with daily living activities for patients. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies. Skills Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to identify changes in patient conditions. Proficient in medication administration and understanding of pain management techniques. Experience in memory care settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures. Ability to work effectively in critical care situations while maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members.
