We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide our patients with the highest quality of services.
REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse with current licensure in the State of Michigan. BLS required or obtained within 6 months of hire Strong knowledge of end-of-life care principles, symptom management, and pain control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Great attitude and engages patients with a smile. Team player and problem solver.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Hospice care plays a critical role in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses. This position focuses on managing symptoms, coordinating care plans, and supporting both patients and their families through the end-of-life journey. The RN will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. By advocating for patient comfort and dignity, the RN helps improve quality of life during this sensitive time. Ultimately, this role is essential in delivering expert clinical care while fostering a supportive environment for patients and their loved ones.
