Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population on a medical-surgical unit Perform ongoing assessment of patients' conditions and communicate vital information to physicians and interdisciplinary teams Administer medications, manage IVs, and execute prescribed treatments with the highest safety standards Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all patient care activities and changes in status Educate patients and families, supporting their understanding of diagnoses, procedures, and care plans Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies at all times
