What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality acute care to CCU patients, monitoring and responding to patient needs Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments with precision Document patient care and progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards Support patient comfort and provide education to patients and families Maintain a calm, attentive presence during high-pressure situations

What You Need:

Required:

Valid RN license in Michigan Minimum of 2 years of recent CCU or ICU experience Strong critical thinking and manual dexterity skills Excellent communication and patient care skills
