Key Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Previous experience in the Operating Room required BLS and ACLS certification Strong critical-thinking and communication skills Proficient in perioperative procedures, sterile techniques, and OR protocols Adaptability and initiative when navigating new clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor patient status, anticipate needs, and respond to emergencies as needed Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards Support patient education and advocate for best practices in the surgical suite
