JOB DETAILS A
Home Health RN job in the Portage, MI area lets you deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on wound care, infusions, and patient education. You will manage care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and use your clinical expertise to support patient safety and recovery. Required qualifications include a current Michigan RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel within a 30-mile radius.
