Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and unencumbered RN license required Recent experience in ICU or critical care nursing is essential Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Collaborative approach to care, working with physicians and allied health professionals

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit Perform ongoing assessments, monitor patient condition, and adjust care as needed Administer medications, manage IV lines and drips, and provide ventilator support Prepare patients for procedures and assist with interventions as required Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to facility protocols Support and educate families, providing compassionate communication and updates Respond rapidly to changes in patient status and participate in emergency interventions Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines meticulously
