3x12 Nights Are you an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse looking for your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments and thrive in a collaborative team setting? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated RN to join their dynamic OR team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing leadership to the OR team.

Your role will include:

Developing and implementing individualized care plans for surgical patients Supervising room activity and coordinating schedule changes Assembling equipment and supplies, and assisting anesthesia as needed Monitoring the sterile field and maintaining communication with patients, families, and the OR team Participating in staff development and educational opportunities Requirements for this role include: Need 2 years experience in setting Level 2 Trauma Experience Proficiency in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, Gen/Gyn, and Urology Recent travel work experience is highly preferred Active Michigan/MI License as verified by LARA and/or Nursys Active American Heart Association BLS certification Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
