What You'll Do:

Provide hospice nursing care in patient homes Manage caseload and coordinate plans of care Perform skilled nursing treatments and symptom management Support patients and families with compassionate end-of-life care Educate caregivers and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team Travel between nearby patient locations throughout the day
