Must have strong clinical background and critical thinking skills. Must be effective communicator, able to multitask and work independently one on one with clients at their place of residency. We offer flexible schedule, electronic documentation, friendly and supportive work environment. Private Duty Cases (one-on-one) is also available on the hourly basis. We work in 6 different counties of the State of Michigan . Responsibilities include but not limited to: As a Nurse you will Provide comprehensive and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of care. Plan and organize care with interdisciplinary team members. Provide education on preventative measure aiming to reduce hospitalizations Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines
