Key Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan Previous experience providing care in a school, pediatric, or similar setting is highly desirable Competence in catheterization procedures, adhering to best practices and confidentiality Excellent communication with students, families, and school staff Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain student comfort and dignity

Core Responsibilities:

Provide scheduled catheterization services for a high school student each school day, ensuring adherence to medical protocols Collaborate closely with school teams, including an instructional aid present for academic support Maintain clear and confidential documentation of nursing services provided Communicate effectively with school administrators and parents as needed regarding student health needs Foster a safe, inclusive, and reassuring environment for the student's daily learning experience
