The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing staff. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality patient care through continuous professional development and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, and deliver educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff. Assess staff learning needs and create individualized development plans. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing education and staff competencies. Maintain accurate records of staff training and certifications. Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance clinical skills. Support new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
