Advanced Practice Provider (PA / NP)
- Sleep Medicine (Outpatient) Part Time
- Days The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Sleep Medicine is responsible for the outpatient evaluation and management of patients with sleep-related disorders in collaboration with the attending physician.
UNIQUE OR SPECIALIZED ASPECTS OF THE JOB
- Focus on chronic disease management of sleep disorders
- Integration of diagnostic technology (sleep studies, PAP data monitoring)
- High emphasis on patient education and long-term adherence
- Collaboration across multiple specialties Schedule Part-time, Days Current scheduling for this role is primarily weekdays.

Master's Degree Nursing with clinical specialization from an accredited institution 1 year of relevant experience 1 to 3 years' experience as an Advanced Practice nurse in a specialty clinical setting LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP)- STATE_
MI State of Michigan Upon Hire Preferred:
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) DEA license (or eligible to obtain) BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based model Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC) Commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety Strong organizational and time management skills How Corewell Health cares for you Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
