Schedule Details:
Multiple shifts available (nights, days, and mids) 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Typical shift: 7:00 pm - 7:30 amKey Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Proven experience in Med-Surg units as an RN Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus) Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities Demonstrated proficiency in patient care and documentation Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving clinical settingPrimary Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients Monitor and document vital signs, administered medications, and patient responses Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management Maintain accurate, timely records using electronic medical records systems Uphold all safety and infection control protocols, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environmentBenefits and Advantages:
