Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures in a compassionate and professional manner. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of placing IVs and administering medications safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Administer medications accurately, including IV medications, ensuring patient safety at all times. Place IVs and manage IV therapy as needed for patient treatment plans. Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition regularly to identify any changes or concerns. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities, medication administration, and clinical observations. Ensure compliance with safety standards, infection control policies, and regulatory requirements. Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions. Experience Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Prior experience working as an RN preferred; experience with IV placement and medication administration required. Demonstrated ability to place IVs confidently and administer medications safely. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care delivery. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic healthcare setting.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
