Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract; assignment length and shifts vary according to current facility needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Michigan (or compact state eligibility) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room (OR) setting BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Proficient in perioperative procedures, patient safety, and sterile techniques Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment Monitor patient status, respond to emergent situations, and document care accurately Uphold strict standards of safety and infection control
