What You'll Do:
Coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment and care planning process in our skilled nursing facility Transmit MDS assessments, correct rejected assessments, and adhere to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident assessment instrument (RAI) requirements Ensure all residents are assessed according to established timeframes or changes in status and in compliance with federal, state, and Medicare regulations
What You'll Need:
Active Minnesota RN License 1 year of nursing experience (required) Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced work environment Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Benefits Available to
