Job Description

Consultation & Assessment:
Conducting skin analyses, reviewing medical histories, and developing customized treatment plans.
Patient Education:
Advising clients on skincare products, pre-treatment preparations, and post-procedure care.
Documentation & Safety:
Maintaining meticulous medical records (EMR) and strictly following safety protocols and sterilization procedures.
Sales & Retention:
Promoting service packages and retail products to meet sales goals and foster long-term client relationships.

Required QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery is often preferred.

Proven proficiency in cosmetic injections and/or laser devices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing service.

Work Environment & ExpectationsMed Spa RNs often work in fast-paced, high-end environments. While they act autonomously in treating patients, they typically report to a Medical Director. The role often requires working flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends. Social Media experience preferred.
