$54.09-$78.13/hour for active visit time + $5.10-$12.00/hour beeper pay

As the Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse , you'll be the calm, experienced voice guiding patients and families through their most uncertain moments. Work for an organization that values clinical judgment, responsiveness, and exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Respond to after-hours calls and urgent patient needs throughout the service area. Complete emergency hospice visits to assess changes in condition and provide expert symptom management. Deliver pain management, medication administration, wound care, and other comfort-focused nursing interventions. Provide compassionate telephone support and education to patients, families, and caregivers. Coordinate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure continuity of care. Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation. What You'll Bring Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous hospice nursing experience strongly preferred. Experience in home health, oncology, ICU, palliative care, or other high-acuity settings is highly valued. Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills. Outstanding communication and crisis management abilities. Ability to work evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as part of a 7 On / 7 Off rotation.
