SYNERGY HomeCare in Eagan is hiring a part-time RN (20-30 hrs/week) for a flexible, low-burnout role combining case management and clinical leadership. No nights, weekends, or holidays Flexible schedule you help create Leadership impact without hospital stress Supportive, team-first culture This is a hybrid RN role where you'll: Complete client assessments and care plans Support and mentor caregivers Perform supervisory visits (not high-volume) Help maintain quality and compliance This is NOT a high-volume visit role or a hospital-style pace. This is NOT a 24/7 Director of Nursing job.
