Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Active RN license or CSN certification (current and unrestricted) Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Comprehensive knowledge of school health protocols, including immunization compliance and communicable disease guidelines Confident in managing emergencies, chronic health conditions, and medication administration Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff during school hours Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with specific needs Oversee medication administration and accurate health record-keeping Serve as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, and educational staff Promote health education and preventative care initiatives within the school community Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations
