Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing At least one year of recent Emergency Room experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

Rapidly assess and triage patients in the Emergency Room Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients of all ages Administer medications, monitor patient status, and provide critical interventions Collaborate closely with physicians, other nurses, and support staff Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records
