Job Description

Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours/pay period | Monday to Friday | 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range:
$35.34 - $46.00 / hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location. Guaranteed pay for 60 hours per pay period, with additional hours paid at the hourly rate (typical schedule is 80 hours per pay period). This position also includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You'll float across our Hospice service areas, stepping in to ensure seamless support, expert clinical service, and consistent care when and where it's needed. This flexible, high-impact role is essential to maintaining the quality and continuity of our care across the Vivie footprint. What you'll do as a Registered Nurse Float (RN) with
Hospice:
Deliver Compassionate Clinical Care Provide skilled nursing interventions, rehabilitation support, and education for clients and their caregivers in alignment with care plans and best practices. Support Care Coordination Monitor and communicate changes in client condition to the interdisciplinary team and physicians. Assist in planning, adjusting, and evaluating care strategies to meet individualized goals. Ensure Accurate Documentation Maintain comprehensive clinical records in the EMR. Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs per regulatory guidelines. Adapt Across Regions Float to Hospice locations as needed, providing seamless coverage and exceptional care wherever you're needed most. Collaborate Across Teams Serve as a vital part of our interdisciplinary care team. Build trust and support with families, caregivers, and Vivie colleagues to deliver the highest standard of hospice services. Other Duties as Assigned The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.
This job also requires:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. Current driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle. CPR certification (or obtained within 6 months of hire) Ability to travel between Hospice locations as needed. Strong communication skills and comfort with technology and EMR systems Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. Ability to pass state mandated background checks.
