Infection Preventionist, Staff Development, Wound Care Nurse We are seeking an RN nurse to serve in a combined clinical and leadership role within our skilled nursing Facility. This position plays a vital role in infection prevention, wound care management, staff education, and regulatory compliance in accordance with CMS Conditions of Participation, Appendix PP, CDC guidance, and state regulations. This role works collaboratively with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to promote resident safety, quality outcomes, and survey readiness. Qualifications Active RN license preferred Long-term care skilled nursing experience required Knowledge of CMS regulations, infection control standards, and survey process Infection Preventionist Certification Strong organizational, teaching, and clinical skills
