Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role involves assessing and triaging patients, administering treatments and medications, preparing equipment, monitoring patient safety and comfort, documenting care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Recent ER nursing experience (minimum one year) Valid RN license per state regulations Current BLS, ACLS, and

PALS/ENPC

certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Physical ability to move and assist patients and equipment Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards

Key Duties:

Rapid patient assessment and triage Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families Administer medications and perform urgent care interventions Assist physicians during emergency procedures Monitor patient conditions and vital signs Respond effectively to life-threatening situations Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols
