Job Description

In this role, you will help strengthen clinical practice across long-term care teams by supporting staff development, education, and quality of care. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering with nursing staff and leadership to build knowledge, reinforce best practices, and support strong clinical performance throughout the organization. Responsibilities Develop and deliver clinical education programs for long-term care nursing staff Assess learning needs and create educational materials for long-term care settings Support onboarding and ongoing competency development for nursing staff Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical performance and care quality Requirements Active RN license. At least 2 years of experience as an RN in long-term care. Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Outlook and Teams. Eligibility to work in the United States.
