Job Description

Find your purpose with CentraCare by changing the lives of our patients as a Registered Nurse in the Surgery Department at the Melrose Hospital! As an RN, you are responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Our registered nurses are responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. In this role, you will collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Our RNs act as leaders working toward the achievement of goals and the mission of CentraCare Health - Melrose's high-quality care.
Schedule:
Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | Melrose Hospital Various shifts Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (dependent on surgery & outpatient schedule) Rotating weekday, weekend and holiday on-call
Pay and Benefits:
Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates! Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Current Minnesota RN license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required TNCC or CALS within nine months of hire Chemo certified preferred Must be able to respond within 30 minutes to on-call situations To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Melrose Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
