4 Days Weekly PayTravel RN $2,350 Weekly Gross Local RN $2,100 Weekly Gross Facility Highlights 25-bed Critical Access Hospital 13 Medical/Surgical Rooms 3 Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) Suites 3 Postpartum Suites Close-knit, team-oriented environment Opportunity to maintain and expand both Med/Surg and OB skill sets Position Summary This role is ideal for an RN who is comfortable floating between Medical/Surgical and Obstetrics. Approximately 60% of the assignment will be Med/Surg and 40% Obstetrics , providing a rewarding variety of patient care experiences. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult Medical/Surgical patients Care for laboring mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor Assist with deliveries and postpartum recovery Care for postpartum couplets while managing Med/Surg assignments Administer medications, IV therapies, and blood products as ordered Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and interdisciplinary care teams Document all patient care accurately in Epic EMR Provide compassionate patient and family education throughout hospitalization
