Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents, ensuring physical and emotional needs are met Assess patient conditions, document findings, and develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols and physician orders, maintaining safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and improve outcomes Educate residents and families on health management, status updates, and available resources

Qualifications:

Valid State RN license or current multistate license BLS certification Minimum of 1 year recent experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing Ability to work 12-hour day shifts Strong communication skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
