New Brighton Care Center is looking for dynamic
PT PM TCU
Registered Nurses. We're dedicated to providing compassionate care and a supportive community for our residents. New Brighton Care Center has been family-owned and operated since its inception in 1964, providing the community with quality care in a homelike atmosphere. Our goal is to work closely with the physicians and our professional staff to meet all special health needs. New Brighton Care Center has 44 skilled long-term care beds and 13 private transitional care rooms .
Nurse Requirements:
Active RN license in Minnesota TCU experience preferred. BLS CPR Certified (required) Be able to pass a DHS background check Must be pleasant, respectful, and courteous to residents, staff, and families Ability to work every other weekend Nurse Responsibilities Provide appropriate nursing care based on the care plan within nurse scope Monitor, recognize and report concerns or changes in resident's condition Act as a liaison between the resident, family, and healthcare providers Comply with established policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations Ability to Supervise nursing assistants and act as charge nurse Complete accurate and complaint documentation for nursing care provided Respond to resident's physical, emotional and spiritual needs, act as a professional nurse, model appropriate work ethic and behaviors and follow up with others to do the same
Pay:
$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
