Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and update medical records accordingly. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques. Adhere to all healthcare protocols, safety guidelines, and legal regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information. Assist in the coordination of patient discharge and follow-up care.

Qualifications:

Valid and current RN license issued by the appropriate state licensing board. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate nature and dedication to patient-centered care. Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Assist in the coordination of patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the supervising RN or physician. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid and current LPN license issued by the appropriate state licensing board. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Knowledge of nursing principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
