Where You'll Work CHI St. Joseph's Health of Park Rapids, part of CommonSpirit Health, is an award-winning, 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of lake country. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, we offer a full range of services including 24/7/365 Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, hospitalist program, testing, surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and more so that you can experience better health. Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Provide a comprehensive assessment of a patient through the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data used to establish a health status baseline and plan of care, and address changes in a patient's condition. Collaborate with the health care team to develop and coordinate a plan of care. Develop nursing interventions for the patient's plan of care. Implement interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by a licensed health care provider. Delegate nursing tasks or assign nursing activities to implement the plan of care. Providing safe and effective nursing care. Job Requirements Required Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota (MN) Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
