Job Description
Cura Health operates across healthcare and senior care, supporting nursing homes and assisted living communities with the people and processes that help care settings run smoothly. Our work spans essential clinical and operational functions, and this role plays an important part in keeping billing activity accurate, timely, and well coordinated across the organization. As a Nursing Home/Assisted Living Corporate Biller, you will help maintain the financial processes that support reimbursement and account follow-through for senior care services. This role is focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and coordination, with close partnership across facility teams to keep documentation and billing workflows moving effectively. Responsibilities Manage billing processes for nursing home and assisted living accounts. Review claims for accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Coordinate with facility teams to gather documentation for reimbursement. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid balances. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer billing requirements. Requirements Accounting experience. Educational background in accounting or bookkeeping. Proficiency with basic Microsoft systems. Professional proficiency in English. Eligibility to work in the United States. Prior billing experience is a plus. Experience coordinating with facility teams, insurance or payer contacts, residents' families, and internal finance staff is a plus.
