1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery/OB position requiring 2 years of L&D and postpartum/nursery experience and an active MN RN license. Details Acute care OB unit setting with a 4-bed unit 1:1 patient ratio for Labor patients and 1:3 ratio for Couplets Postpartum/Nursery patients 12-hour day/night rotating shifts with rotation every third weekend Uses EPIC, Pyxis, and OBIX systems 36 guaranteed hours per week No call requirements May float to Med Surg if OB unit is closed Requirements Active MN RN license required Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Postpartum/Nursery and Labor and Delivery experience required Med-Surg float experience preferred but not required BSN not required for this position Additional Information Nurse's preference for scrub color Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility may be considered at a locally adjusted rate
