7:00 AM-3:30 PM; schedule may vary based on surgical needs We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to support both pre-operative/post-operative care and circulating responsibilities in a hospital surgical setting. The RN will work across a variety of surgical specialties and must be comfortable working independently, particularly with OB emergencies . The position requires a strong clinical skill set, adaptability, and the ability to provide safe, efficient patient care throughout the perioperative process. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. Serve as a circulating RN during surgical procedures. Prepare patients for surgical procedures and ensure appropriate documentation. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the care team. Maintain patient safety and follow infection-control and surgical protocols. Provide care across multiple surgical specialties, including: General Surgery Orthopedics Endoscopy OB/GYN Cataract procedures ENT Dental procedures, including pediatric patients Independently manage and respond to OB emergency procedures , including: Cesarean sections Suction D&C Postpartum hemorrhage management Participate in the 1-in-4 call rotation , including holiday call. Required Qualifications Current Minnesota RN license Previous Operating Room/OR RN experience Experience with both pre/post-operative care and circulating Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and perioperative nursing practices Must be independent and experienced with OB emergency procedures , including C-sections, suction D&C, and postpartum hemorrhage management Experience with multiple surgical specialties preferred Epic experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS required TNCC preferred

Pay:

$80.00 - $85.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
