Job Description

The Bluffs of Preston is a small boutique style Assisted Living focusing on a smaller community environment with a close knit resident population. This role is for a full time Registered Nurse/LALD that loves working in an Assisted Living setting while getting to know the residents on a deeper level. We are searching for the right candidate to help us grow and enhance our community. This position will be combined as an LALD/Part time RN- We are happy to mentor the right candidate via our ALDIR in Training program to receive their LALD. We are a licensed Assisted Living Community in Preston, MN Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead our care team to ensure high-quality service is provided to our residents and their families Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents Follow up on physician's orders Community relations to complete admissions and readmissions Provide ongoing training to staff Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate Ensure survey readiness at all times Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner. Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis. Perform additional tasks as needed. RN Triage from 5pm to 8am and weekend coverage is in place On Call for
